Everyone's journey is different, so the number of sessions you'll need will depend on your individual health concerns. Acupuncture works cumulatively, so it's common to have a few sessions before noticing how your body is responding. We'll discuss what's right for you at your first appointment and adjust your treatment plan as we go.
